Role Summary:
The Market Access Analyst will analyze US Market Access data to support Insights, Pricing, and Analytics (IPA) therapeutic area leads. Key activities include measuring the impact of market access strategies through analytics such as KPI reporting, gross-to-net (GTN), account performance, and patient journey analyses. The role also involves supporting Value & Access field analytics and automated report development.  A passion for analytics and an understanding of the US market access landscape is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure the impact of market access strategies.Perform standardized reporting for management and MAPS teams, including KPIs and QBRs.Conduct post-deal analytics to evaluate contracting effectiveness.Analyze gross-to-net metrics to support profitability initiatives.Examine pre-dispense patient metrics (abandonment, OOP sensitivity).Identify data sources to address business questions.Collaborate with the IPA team for insights and strategic recommendations.Assist in creating automated reporting for field team performance tracking.Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrate consulting skills in problem-solving and data analysis.Contracting, Pricing, Analytics project management support

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree.Proficient knowledge of the market access landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of pharmaceutical experience.Familiarity with EMD Serono therapeutic areas.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; expert in MS Excel.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Location: Seaport, MA (Hybrid)

Pay range for this position:  $113,600 -  $170,300
