Senior Manager, Manufacturing Process
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to join a large technology manufacturing client on a 3-5 onsite hybrid, permanent position in Calgary, Alberta. The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for the oversight of the full product lifecycle development, from concept through mass production. They will be collaborating cross-functionally with research & development, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions. The successful candidate will be directly managing up to 40 resources across skills such as engineers and quality assurance. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of management or director experience leading manufacturing engineering teams of 10-15 people. - Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing, including SMT, DFM/DFT principles, lean manufacturing, and industrial automation. - Advanced knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, component selection, signal integrity, and power systems in industrial applications. - Expert in full lifecycle development of electrical productsfrom concept, design, and prototyping to testing, certification, and mass production. - Familiar with CSA and other standards impacting product design and commercialization. - Holds an APEGA License (The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta) - Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Familiar with CSA and other standards impacting product design and commercialization. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
