In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader LAC commercial and operations teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role


The Senior Manager, Loyalty, Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) is responsible for effectively driving World of Hyatt program goals and brand preference within the Latin America and Caribbean region, inclusive of all Hyatt brands. Collaborating with the loyalty and commercial teams, the Senior Manager will develop and deliver tools, resources, and content to increase program contribution for this fast-growing region of Hyatt’s portfolio, recognizing the unique needs of various operational models. Strong listening skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional project management are critical to the success of this role.

This position reports to the AVP, Loyalty, Americas and Franchise, with a dotted line to the SVP, Commercial Services, LAC.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary World of Hyatt loyalty resource and ‘single point of contact’ for the Latin America and Caribbean region, driving loyalty compliance and adoption across key internal and external stakeholders. Represent a portfolio of 150 hotels.Drive commercial performance and Enrollment Success Rate goals for World of Hyatt in LAC, championing the program’s value through simplified tools and operational engagement.Collaborate with global loyalty functions to communicate new programs and updates to LAC hotels, ensuring consistency across all channels, including both managed and franchised properties.Engage, inspire, and align the organization around the value of the loyalty program through data-driven insights and sharing of best practices.Solicit feedback and identify the needs of operators and hotel leadership, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver greater value and resources.Partner with adjacent business teams (e.g., UVC, AmStar, ALG Vacations) to identify and support initiatives that increase program value to members.Work with the Loyalty Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to develop data-driven strategies that measure behaviors leading to goal achievement.Develop materials for executive leadership presentations (e.g., Board of Directors, Owner’s meetings, OAC newsletter) and represent the program in leadership discussions and presentations.Support member-focused initiatives across functional areas within the broader Latin America and Caribbean region.Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt’s core values and behaviors.Perform other duties, responsibilities, and tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

6–10 years of experience in management, marketing, and leadership roles.Proven analytical and critical thinking skills; proficiency with Excel-based modeling.Creative and innovative problem-solving approach.Track record of delivering measurable results and implementing change.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization, with strong relationship-building and leadership skills; ability to lead through influence.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; experience presenting to senior executives is a plus.Required: Fluency in both Spanish and English.Preferred: Experience working across multiple hotels or brands is a plus.
