Our client, a leader in the theme park and live entertainment industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting theme and live show projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager – Theme & Live Entertainment
Location:  CA, El Segundo
Pay Range: $59.42 – $74.27/hour

What’s the Job?

Review detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and budgets for high-investment entertainment projects.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external licensees to ensure alignment.

Work closely with creative teams to maintain brand integrity and storytelling across all entertainment offerings.

Facilitate design reviews, technical rehearsals, and creative approvals throughout production phases.

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Theater Production, Theme Park Management, or related field.

7+ years of project management experience in theme park or live entertainment projects.

Proven ability to manage large-scale entertainment projects from concept through execution.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Hands-on problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
