As a Senior Manager of Leisure Wholesale Sales, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. Reporting to the Director of Leisure Sales Canada, you will be responsible for segments such as: Transient Direct Connect, and Leisure Group Accounts. You will drive strategic account development and performance across Hilton's global and national leisure wholesale portfolio.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow room nights, revenue, and market share.Account Management: Source, qualify, and manage accounts following Hilton's governance protocols.Pricing Optimization: Leverage dynamic pricing models to maximize profitability.Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service while identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.Performance Analysis: Use data tools to monitor trends and support strategic decisions.Industry Leadership: Represent Hilton at main events and provide market insights to guide business strategy.How you will collaborate with others:
Collaborate with clients, hotel partners, and other teams including Sales Support, Distribution, and Brand representatives.

You have these minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of hotel and/or travel industry leisure wholesale sales experience at the regional, national, and/or corporate levelExperience working with national/global accountsExperience working in a matrix organization and diverse company cultureCan travel up to 30%; can work overtimeIt would be useful if you have:
