As a critical member of the Learning Enablement team, you’ll help us manage our financial plan and optimize our engagements with vendors across the learning ecosystem to enable the Learning Studio to move at pace, curating learning solutions that address business needs.

What will you do?
Responsible for managing the portfolio of suppliers and engagements maintaining records and ensuring compliance with RBC’s Third-Party Risk(TPR) requirementsInitiates contracts and obtains approvals from the business working closely with Procurement partners. Follows up registration of contracts & suppliers with Procurement in line with the business timeframes.Executes Third Party Requirements from ‘Initiation to Termination’ of the engagement working with enterprise tools: iValua, Archer- SRMA, Questionnaires, Supplier Risk & Due Diligence Assessments, Information Reviews Completes enterprise quality control /mandatory reviews and attestations Own and maintains a Book of Vendors, soliciting input from our Learning Studio leaders to ensure accuracy, completeness and identification of our top tier vendors; Manages the supplier relationship ensuring 1) clear understanding and adherence to RBC’s Policies 2) timely escalation of non-compliance with relevant details.Create vendor evaluation and scorecards in partnership with Learning Business Management LeadsServes as Learning team’s primary finance contact, working with our Finance Department to lead the financial management, annual budget planning, monthly operating reviews and forecasts (FTE & $). Reviews Financial and Headcount actual against plan / forecast and address any risk and/or opportunities on a regular basis. Leverage financial tools and resources to ensure reporting accuracy and highlight any risk and/or opportunities between actual and plan / forecast.Oversees learning budget and cost allocations, allocating chargebacks and facilitating vendor payables.Consolidate team's financial and headcount information based on the regular review cycle and provide information to Finance. Facilitate and assist Finance on Annual FTE Cost Allocation for the purpose of financial chargebacks to the business.What do you need to succeed?

Strong financial management and analysis skillsAbility to build, manage and track the learning budgetExperience with monitoring spending, forecasting costs and identifying variancesExperience with managing vendor onboarding and setupAbility to identify and escalate issues related to vendor performance, contracts or complianceExperience with vendor due diligence / risk assessmentsSuperior organizational skills and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have
