Job Description:

Job ResponsibilitiesInitiate and develop the sales leadership training strategies to drive the company agency growth in terms of number of active recruiters and number of young leaders.Develop, implement, and monitor agency strategies (including but not limited to High New Worth business, MCI focused training and Development, Agency Productivity Enhancement) for agency productivity growth and agency team development.Implements tailor-made agency training (both face-to-face and online) & business-driven development programs to enhance advisors’ competency in sales professionalism & client services.Cultivate agency recruitment culture.Develop IANG and MCI focused training.Monitor the effectiveness of all agency training initiatives and measures and analyzes training results.Develop and groom a pool of trainers in terms of course content development and training delivery.Collaborate with other departments (e.g. DoA, Agency Support, Product Team, Product Business Development Team, High Net Worth Team, Life Operations, MFP etc.)  to boost agency sales and attract/retain quality agency force.Communicate and disseminate key information and company directions to the agency force and garner feedback for effective decision making.Establishes rapport and trust within agencies through closely knitted relationship management.Ensure effective communication and relationship between company and agency by regular interaction with all levels of managers and advisorsMonitor and ensure all program logistics including training record and performance reports are accurate and updated Job RequirementDegree holderAt least 10 years of experience at management level on developing, training and educating sales management and field force, direct sales and management involving financial products. Actual direct selling experience from the industry is an advantageApplies expert knowledge of insurance industry, business operations, and products with emphasis on agency distribution system.Applies in-depth understanding of adult learning philosophies and how to apply them to course development and delivery.Applies expert knowledge of basic and advanced sales techniques, selling approaches to curriculum development and delivery.Solid experience in end-to-end training curriculum development and delivery (both face-to-face and online training). We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
