Develop a Manufacturing Excellence roadmap to transform multiple business units across the Medical franchise to position manufacturing as a competitive advantage for Stryker. This will include managing a portfolio of projects driving breakthrough performance improvements across strategic KPIs in safety, quality, productivity and cost; leading the efforts of the lean lighthouse, VSM, TPI and Kaizen roadmaps; and developing talent and core competencies that support strategy execution and ingrain daily CI behaviors in our culture. Additionally, this role will collaborate with Global Manufacturing, sharing best practices and implementing continuous improvement standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field10+ years of Manufacturing experience8+ years of Continuous Improvement and/or Engineering leadership experience including familiarity with Toyota Production Systems/ LEAN and value stream mappingDirect team management experienceLean Kaizen facilitationPreferred:
