This Senior Manager IT role will work across HR Tech, Architecture, Security, and local IT to drive the roadmap for operational excellence and compliance in timekeeping and scheduling.

Serve as the strategic IT lead for all global Workforce Management systems (Payroll interfaces, Time & Attendance, and Labor Scheduling), including Kronos WFC, Dayforce and Indeavor Lead ongoing BAU activities on Kronos WFC, including configuration changes, supporting AMS teams for incident, problem, and change management, as well as guiding transition planning and IT execution as we sunset Kronos WFC and adopt Dayforce and Indeavor globally Partner with HR stakeholders and HR Technology to align business needs with system capabilities, managing technology lifecycle from vendor selection to deployment and operations Oversee integrations, data architecture, and telemetry for time and labor systems, partnering with enterprise IT, data engineering, and architecture Ensure compliance with global payroll, labor, and data privacy regulations in collaboration with legal, security, and local IT Partner with system vendors to drive accountability for service levels, issue resolution, and change management Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, automation, and employee/manager self-service capabilities Provide technical oversight and direction to the WFM AMS teams for incident, problem, and change management. Represent WFM IT in governance forums, roadmap reviews, and funding discussions.

I have 6+ years of experience managing global Time & Attendance including Kronos WFC, Labor Scheduling, and Payroll interface systems. I have hands-on experience with Dayforce, UKG/Kronos, Indeavor, or similar WFM platforms. I am familiar with data integration, APIs, and security/privacy best practices (e.g., GDPR, SOC). I have strong knowledge of workforce-related compliance (e.g., Fair Labor Standards, labor laws, union rules). I have a proven ability to partner with both HR and technical stakeholders across global organizations. I have the ability to lead through influence across business units, geographies, and functions. I have experience managing AMS or third-party vendors for application support and enhancements. New Hire Base Salary Range: $118,400.00 – $148,000.00Location(s)
