Roles & Responsibilities: + Excellent presentation and communication skills + Experience with Performance testing tools and concepts + Creates and implements test plans consistent with organizational strategies + Manages resources and work allocations + Ensures quality and timeliness of test deliverables + Coordinates with stakeholders across the IT and Business teams + Manages risks from the test perspective and provide mitigation plans + Tracks all metrics related to functional and automation executions across projects + Identifies skills and resource gaps in the test team and take necessary steps + Experience writing SQL queries and debugging logs from test execution + Participates in test process continuous improvement initiatives + Coordinates and manages vendors, ensuring deliverables per SLA + Perform other duties as assigned Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $122,430 - $150,990.
