Senior Manager, IT SAP Order to Cash (Hybrid - Guadalajara)

Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, IT SAP Order to Cash is a key member of the IT Corporate Systems leadership team and reports to the Senior Director of Information Technology. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, will guide the Insulet business and IT Global ERP teams through system expansion and company growth. This role will be responsible for understanding Insulet’s business processes and ensuring a global design template is applied for all regions.He/She is responsible for managing a team of analysts, including third party partners, in order to enable our business strategy through Technology. Working in partnership with Insulet Leaders, Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts ensure effective usage and efficient deployment of solutions through business process definition, analysis of business problems, design and configuration. As Insulet continues to grow our product offerings and expand into new geographies it is likely that current systems will be upgraded or replaced, or new systems will be added to support the strategic goals. The Senior Manager will play a key role in building our teams to support these initiatives as well as participate in vendor selection and implementations of new technologies as we evolve.

Responsibilities:

Perform complex business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. Develop supporting process flows.Conduct analysis of existing business processes; recommend process improvements.Build and implement new business process solutions to support growth or expansion.Conduct analysis of existing business processes; recommend process improvements.Design and deliver innovative end to end system processes, especially in the OTC areaResponsible for providing data expertise and consulting related to operational reportingConsult with business users to improve adoption and efficient use of all systemsDevelop training materials and conduct training sessions with business users to improve adoption and efficient use of all systemsBuild and manage a team of SAP analysts and developers based in Mexico Assist in the evaluation of third party tools for feasibility and impact to the business.Work with the corporate systems team to design and implement integrations between internal and external systems.Create and maintain business requirement documentation which can include use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.Create design documentation based on business requirements.Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and projects.Develop comprehensive test plans with users, coordinate test activities and/or help execute test components.Develop and perform training for Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts as necessary.Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent and experience. PreferredMinimum 10 years of experience working in IT in supporting business functions preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP analysts and technical teams preferredMinimum 5 years of experience working on large SAP S/4 HANA projects preferredExperience working for a public company with international experience is strongly desired.Experience with SAP S/4 Hana implementation and support, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or any other regulatory controlled industry.Proven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.SAP S/4 HANA certifications preferred.Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Reporting is a PLUSIdeal candidate will have excellent expertise in the order to cash area and knowledge of least the following SAP systems and processes best practices:Procure to PayFinancial Plan to ReportMaster Data ManagementPlan to InventorySAP SecurityFioriSAP ABAPAI in SAPSAP Analytic CloudDRC and e-invoicing

Physical Requirements:

 Less than 15% Travel
