• Provides direction for the on-site Leads and Techs.
\n• Interfaces with other technical towers to assist local site request.
\n• Validates that tickets are being assigned and worked in appropriate timeframes.
\n• Provides onsite end-user support.
\n• Installs applications.
\n• Manages hardware / software installations and troubleshooting.
\n• Provides onsite smart hand support to other technical towers as needed.
\n• Installs and Configures new hardware.
\n• Manages site level inventory.
\n• Manages ticket queue for local support requests.
\n• Escalates systems outages or problems that are impacting production.
\n• Supports multiple sites supporting company business.
