About the Role
We have a leadership position within our clients technology organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Manager, IT will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team while driving the evolution of our enterprise systems and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT team, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial strategies
Partner with the CFO and other senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation and system modernization
Own and optimize enterprise applications including ERP platforms and Tableau Server environments
Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps, enabling more efficient development cycles
Architect and maintain enterprise data solutions, including data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based platforms
Ensure best practices in database performance optimization and overall system stability
Identify and implement scalable technology improvements that support business intelligence, reporting, and operational efficiency
Contribute to IT budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning
Key Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 5+ years in a management or senior leadership role
Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Strong expertise in Tableau Server, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Azure DevOps
Demonstrated experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-level SQL/data warehouse systems
Advanced skills in database performance tuning, ETL, and system architecture
Strong business acumen, with a track record of partnering across finance and operations teams
Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid environment and lead both in-person and remote teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications a plus)
