**TITLE:** Senior Manager, IT
**HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with global commercial services partners and customers to drive product features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Work with multi-functional teams and various partners, including business users, analytics, UI/UX, engineering, user enablement, to ensure successful product delivery.
Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, identify turning points and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
Partner with team members and customers across the organization to establish the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Lead structured meetings and collaborative workshops to gather requirements and uncover expectations, going beyond surface-level requirements to understand the underlying business needs and suggest solutions.
Produce high-quality documentation of final business requirements and processes, ensuring professional standards are maintained.
Clearly define project requirements using appropriate documentation, such as business requirements, scope matrix, and use cases.
Act as the liaison between business partners and IT, representing the internal "customer" during system build and review design documentation with business users.
Prioritize system functionality based on requirements, applying a Minimal Viable Product approach.
Manage change cycles in both waterfall and Agile environments, ensuring smooth project execution.
Provide project coordination for smaller changes, leading them through different phases of the software development process and regularly updating partners on progress.
Foster a collaborative and agile mentality within the team, encouraging experimentation and rapid learning.
Optimize team performance by working effectively with global teams in different time zones.
Plan and organize team activities efficiently, ensuring the successful delivery of supply chain technology within the distribution sector.
Apply leadership abilities and a deep understanding of business and technology requirements to integrate and implement solutions effectively.
Provide support for ERP/Warehouse management system implementations, go -live activities, UAT support, and cutover plans.
Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting Employee: Can work remotely or telecommute.
**REQUIREMENTS:** MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related occupation. Required knowledge or experience with: Experience in creating solution designs and delivering supply chain technology within the distribution sector; Full lifecycle experience of complex environments with a mix of in-house developed software and off-the-shelf solutions; Business and technology requirements to integrate and implement solutions optimally; and Order-to-cash processes along with exposure to supply chain and distribution operations.
