**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Responsible for Media & Channel Marketing functions of Tommy Hilfiger/Tommy Jeans in Japan to drive brand elevation and commercial growth as primary objectives. Lead local Media / Channel Marketing teams and closely collaborate with content development team and other functions to deliver the best-in-class brand experience that ignites the brand desire: Relevancy and Consideration among the target audience via owning the brand’s strategic positioning, orchestrating the various stakeholders to deliver the holistic marketing campaigns and ensuring the consistency across all the consumer touchpoints
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**
**Campaign Strategy**
+ Strategize the positioning (Who/What) of global/local campaigns and activations to ensure the local relevancy that resonates with consumers
+ Own the development process of Integrated Marketing Communications (How) for key initiatives from briefing, plan development, executions and performance reviews
**Budget planning, allocation and tracking**
+ Manage annual Media & Channel Marketing budget against agreed ROI together with Senior Director, Marketing & Communications
+ Working with finance team on a monthly basis and ensure timely readjustment and reporting
**Content Strategy**
+ Support building of the content strategy optimized by touchpoint that conveys our messages and benefit crystal clearly for consumers via leveraging the Global/Regional toolkits & assets available
+ Lead local content creation in a partnership with Global/Regional partners when there is a need for fulfilling the gap between the global assets and local consumer’s insights
**Media Planning & Execution**
+ Own the development process of media planning and execution with an emphasis of paid and owned media that maximize the new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement including traditional & new, on & offline media and ad & advertorial programs
+ Define the functional goals and KPIs that effectively increase branded search and traffic into B&M, Tommy.com and 3rd party e-market places, in conjunction with respective KPIs by commercial channel
+ Closely work with Ecommerce team’s Performance Marketing to ensure the seamless contents execution over the funnels. Also identify and activate if any online marketing opportunities in 3rd E-market places are available
**Owned social media community management**
+ Grow the owned social media platforms (X and Instagram) by supervising Social Marketing Manager and external Community Manager to deliver the timely execution against agreed contents calendar and increased presence in respective platforms
+ Supervise the launch of Japan Instagram account fully leveraging global/regional/local marketing assets to sustainably increase the engagement
+ Accelerate OODA cycle for continuous improvement in contents excellence and operational agility
+ Provide insightful inputs to Global/Regional marketing partners to keep them informed what types of content resonates and does not in Japan for better and stronger contents creation
**Omni Channel Marketing**
+ Own development of annual omni-channel marketing program and national calendar that meet brand and commercial objectives against shopper insights and key brand/commercial moments, integrating all the consumer touchpoints
+ Own the brand presentation at various consumer touchpoints esp. in offline spaces that bring the ‘best of Tommy’ at in store point-of-sales of full price doors and outlet doors including both online and offline
**Team management**
+ Coach and motivate the team members by leading by example. Support their growth by providing fair challenges and assignments that help achieve both brand’s and personal career goals to further thrive their careers
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:**
**Experience:**
+ 10 + years of Media and/or Marketing experience; preferably in international Retail & Fashion
+ 5+ years’ experience managing a team of 3 or more people
+ International working experience preferred
+ Strong Media & Analytical experience is a plus
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent MKTG work experience
**Skills:**
+ English - business level
