Senior Manager, Identity Intelligence (Global Security)

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Identity & Access Management’ Identity Data Intelligence pillar has the mandate to consolidate, cleanse, govern, and enrich our IAM data to drive strong data driven strategic decisions and insights.  As the Senior Manager, Identity Intelligence, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including Operations, Governance, Process development, and Metrics reporting, as well as other key stakeholders across Global Security, to capture intake requests, define requirements for operational and reporting automation opportunities, IAM intelligence and insights projects.  Additionally, this role will ensure detailed documentation records are maintained and provide support to other team members for testing and periodic change coordination.

What will you do?

Develop and lead the requirements gathering, documentation, data capture, and analysis processes in partnership with stakeholdersPerform regular health checks and capacity planning for production systems.Maintain SQL databases in PROD (tuning, backup, recovery, security, compliance).Ensure high availability and security of the Central Data Warehouse (CDW).Monitor workflow execution and resolving failures or errors on Power PlatformConduct exploratory analysis and interpretation of new and different data sources to identify valuable and innovative insights.Work with teams across IAM and the enterprise, to find new opportunities to strengthen reporting and challenge existing analytics & governance modelsSupport Identity Intelligence team in leading changes or with capturing any new metrics requirements.Create detailed test documentation, execute test plans/cases to ensure automation quality and functionality.Strengthen governance processes and mitigate risks by implementing data governance best practices.Participate in Agile projects, using JIRA for task management and tracking

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

8+ years of overall industry experience in project management, data governance, or Business AnalysisUnderstanding of data management practices and data pipelinesSQL and Python experience, to support with test execution and troubleshooting supportExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and work collaboratively with diverse and cross-functional teamsExcellent troubleshooting skills to rapidly identify and resolve issuesManaging all work in Jira, including but not limited to story creation, defect resolution, etc.

Nice-to-have

Tableau certification or equivalent experienceKnowledge monitoring OCP clusters and Unix servers for performance and reliability.Proficiency in manual testing techniques and familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (qTest)Strong understanding of IAM principles and data governance
