Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Leads a team of highly qualified, capable managers ensuring ongoing development and growth of all team members in support of organizational growth plans. Ensures team is constantly challenged to operate at high-performing levels, using productivity metrics, individual objectives, and team-based goal setting.In partnership with peer leaders and CHRO, drives a global mindset of delivering highest quality HR services and solutions to internal stakeholders, while focusing on continuous improvement.Benefits: Leads the strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and administration of global benefit programs consistent with the organization’s human capital objectives.Compensation: Maintains oversight of global compensation programs including annual merit processes, STI, executive compensation, and recognition programs. Analyzes and monitors the effectiveness of such programs in alignment with the Company's goals, compensation philosophy and competitive practices. Leads the partnership with external consulting resources to effectively evaluate, monitor and improve compensation programs that remain competitive and attractive to external candidates while also addressing relative turnover issues.HR Technology: Responsible for global HR technology, ensuring the alignment of the technology roadmap to company requirements including the analysis, design, configuration, qualification, and implementation of systems. Drives the development and implementation of business focused HR metrics. Partners with IT leadership to ensure appropriate governance, security and compliance is maintained with regard to users, data and reporting.HR Service Center: Provides strategic guidance to the HR Service Center, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place and issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Continuously evaluates opportunities and needs for HR Service Center to provide full-scale support to employees and managers through various methods and modalities.Works closely in a consultative role with HR Partners to ensure Shared Services processes are aligned with and support client’s business objectives. Builds and maintain an agile functional Shared Services Team through effective prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources. Drives scalable processes that are flexible and adaptable to meet evolving organizational needs.Manages relationships with strategic vendors to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and deliver against agreed service terms. Conducts regular (every 1-3 yrs, as required) review of vendor relationships, contracts and technologies/services and adjusts HR/org road maps reflect best use of partnerships.Drives the development and implementation of business focused HR metrics; Supports organizational goals, objectives and success through production and presentation of HR Operations metrics and analytics to ELT and senior leadership, and through org-wide communication cascades.Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master’s degree preferred. SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification a plus.
Skills and Experience:
10+ years of related global HR experience encompassing compensation, benefits, HR business process, employee relations and/or business partnering. 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience desired.Prior experience leading or managing HRIS/HR Technology efforts, preferably using Workday and UKG.Prior experience leading or managing comprehensive Compensation practices for a mid-sized organization; multi-country experience preferred.Prior experience leading or managing a global Benefits function, in partnership with brokers, carriers and other vendors.Demonstrated ability to successfully influence others and move towards a common vision or goal required. Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Exceptional communication and listening skills required, including the ability to clearly articulate messages across a broad variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.The selected candidate will be flexible, adaptable and resilient; able to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and respond to evolving business needs.Note: This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
