Senior Manager, HRIS

About the role:

As a Senior Manager, HRIS you will lead the global strategy, governance, and management of the Human Resources Information (HRIS) systems to support HR operations, analytics, and employee experience. You will oversee HR system optimization, integrations, reporting, administration, and security while parting with HR, IT, and team members to ensure HR technology supports enterprise wide goals.

You will report to the Senior Director, HR Systems & Services and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Responsibilities:

Be the HRIS product owner and system matter expert for all HR systems (E.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Time Systems)

Support development of and drive system strategy, configuration, optimization, and enhancement roadmap.

Develop a team of HRIS managers, specialists, and analysts, including HR Data & Analytics, HR Data Admin, HR Technical, and Continuous Improvement to evolve with our changing system landscape

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure technology aligns with process needs

Ensure HR data integrity, compliance, security, and compliance with data privacy

Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and change management

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and system licensing

Oversee the delivery of HR Dashboards and analytics

Support M&A integrations, reorganizations, and process redesign efforts related to HR systems

Prioritize work requests and enhancements to deploy resources to support our needs

Escalate issues for complex systems issues and troubleshoot

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology

People management experience

Expertise in major HCM system (Workday, Oracle, SAP)

Understanding of HR processes, compliance and data governance

Familiarity with service delivery models such as shared services or tiered support preferred

HRIT certification or other system certification preferred

Experience with integrations and middle ware tools preferred

Experience working in global or multi location organization preferred
