In partnership with 3000 best-in-class travel suppliers, TLS delivers unparalleled travel benefits to premium card members; optimizing the delivery of products and services through different channels, including our customer contact centers, market specific travel websites and evolving digital solutions. Our luxury hotel programs, FHR & THC, are managed out of a central, faced paced partnerships team and this Senior Manager will play an essential role on the team, serving as the Account Manager for several strategic accounts and will be responsible for driving program growth through partner engagement. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Manage a portfolio of accounts by driving growth opportunities and managing day-to-day Account Management responsibilities (eg. addressing Card Member complaints, managing partner escalations, negotiating contracts, selling sponsorships, and partnering with Operations Analysts to support operational issues like property rate loading and property presentment) + Drive partner engagement through relationship management, account reviews and identification of strategic opportunities to grow FHR & THC partner sales through business development, marketing, and agent engagement + Drive incremental Card Member benefits by selling partners on TLS value and supporting program updates and changes + Collaborate across the enterprise with Membership Rewards, Strategic Partnerships, Premium Card Products, Co-Brand, Global Merchant Services, etc to identify opportunities to drive growth + Support the lodging program team through annual program cycles, including but not limited to hotel contracting + Participate in annual hotel selections and sell-ins, including: + Reviewing existing program hotels to determine if they are meeting program standards + Researching markets to help assess new program applicants + Taking pitch meetings from applicant properties and proactively selling in lodging programs to desired target properties + Support team through projects driving efficiency and innovation **Minimum Qualifications:** + Exceptional communicator, with the ability to influence and drive decisions with external partners and across the enterprise + Strong personal presence with the ability to confidently present to leadership at all levels + Strong strategic thinker with growth mindset that can pull in multiple viewpoints to ensure we serve our Card Members, partners and the business + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen ability to prioritize initiatives + A solid understanding and passion for the luxury and travel industries + A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and sense of humor + Strong partner management and/or hospitality experience + This role is hybrid and based in London Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United Kingdom is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
