What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, HEF Leads Management enables and manages the execution of the overall HEF Leads Strategy, which is core to HEF’s Distribution Strategy overall. This role enables & manages strategy development, strategic initiative leadership, and facilitates HEF Leads Management priorities in close collaboration with partners from across the enterprise.
What will you do?
Outline the HEF Leads Management Strategy to unlock advanced capabilities for routing HEF opportunities to the right advisor at the right time
Develop and evolve a multi-year roadmap for HEF Leads Management alongside key partners, ensuring initiatives are well defined, estimated and sequenced appropriately, and interdependencies are managed efficiently
Outline the north star for HEF’s Client Relationship Management Strategy, built on Client 360
Work with technology partners to build, iterate, and prioritize an integrated roadmap
Assist in the onboarding of Home Advisors to Client 360, and manage the backlog of Post-MVP C360 enhancements for HA and MS
Provide key updates to leadership (e.g. SMT, MBR, QBR) and the field (e.g. RP/RVP meetings, galas, etc.)
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
5+ years of financial services experience (Home Equity Finance experience nice to have)
Experience driving complex, multi stakeholder initiatives/programs
Experience partnering across cross-platform groups (i.e. Regional Banking, Technology, Ops, Legal, Risk, etc)
Ability to translate complex ideas into impactful workstreams and outcomes
University Degree/MBA or extensive related work experience
Nice to have:
Experience in marketing, technology, and/or advice centre
