Senior Manager, Healthcare SaaS Marketing
We’re looking for a strategic, audience-first marketer to drive content strategy and development for Resmed’s Residential Care Software (RCS) business. This senior role will focus on engaging audiences across the complex SaaS ecosystem with impactful messaging and content that supports the full buyer journey. As part of the Global Provider Audience Marketing team, this person will shape our go-to-market content strategy, ensuring the RCS business is communicating its value while staying true to the Global Resmed content pillars. The successful candidate has deep audience expertise in the target buyer and excels in models that require regular interfacing with cross-functional partners across marketing and within regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop audience insights, personas, and value propositions tailored to RCS/SaaS provider audiences Lead message mapping and positioning to differentiate Resmed’s SaaS offerings in the market Define and execute a global content strategy aligned with buyer needs and business priorities Manage marketing content planning and development across formats (e.g., white papers, one-pagers, case studies, video scripts) Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and impact Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and effectiveness Support thought leadership efforts to elevate Resmed’s position in digital care management Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
 Required:Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 10 years of related experience.Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of own fuction and related disciplines.Analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a different factors and understanding of current business trends.Preferred:Experience with healthcare SaaSExperience with healthcare marketing or SaaS marketing

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

$146,000 to $218,000 USD
