We are looking for the **Senior Manager** that will lead the operations of our heat exchanger component manufacturing facility in **Tasnad** , ensuring safety, quality, delivery and excellence in production. This role is pivotal in aligning local operations with European and global strategies, driving lean manufacturing, and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for continuous improvement. The position reports to Head of Factory Operations, Europe. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 1. **Team Culture:** Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
