Job DescriptionAbout the role:Join Takeda as a Senior Manager, HCP Marketing, where you will play a critical role in preparing for the launch within the sleep disorders space. Your responsibility will include developing and executing projects and initiatives that align with the overall brand strategy.
Reporting to the Director, Brand Strategy and HCP Marketing, you will focus on delivering impactful and differentiated customer experiences for the HCP audience. This will involve close collaboration with the HCP, Consumer, and Digital teams to ensure a seamless approach across all channels.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include developing high-quality content for unbranded and branded campaigns and creating and implementing cross-channel activation and optimization strategies to engage key audiences effectively.
How you will contribute:Develop and execute branded and unbranded HCP tactics in collaboration with internal teams, creating engaging and impactful promotional materials that align with strategic objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
Apply innovative approaches to enhance healthcare professional engagement, contributing to the strategic planning, channel optimization, execution, and performance measurement of HCP campaigns for the Sleep Disorders franchise, delivering exceptional user experiences.
Drive brand awareness through owned, earned, and paid digital media channels, working closely with the Digital Team to achieve high-quality execution.
Continuously monitor, test, and refine digital campaigns using performance data to improve customer experiences and guide optimization of future initiatives.
Build strong partnerships across Consumer and Digital Marketing, Communications, Advocacy, Patient Services, Market Access, DDT, and Medical teams to align strategies and priorities effectively.
Manage external agencies, ensuring adherence to Takeda USBU policies, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee and optimize the promotional budget for assigned projects to maintain alignment with business goals and priorities.
Ensure campaigns and materials fully comply with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
Stay informed on competitive and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities proactively.
Leverage internal and external best practices to drive innovation and enhance organizational capabilities.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing, or related function
3+ years of Healthcare related experience
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and resources concurrently on time and on budget.
Preferred:
MBA or MSc/PhD
Experience with product launches and/or rare disease or sleep disorders
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing tactics and regulatory requirements with an analytics bent and test-and-learn mindset.
Experience leading development and implementation of HCP tactics.
Ability to think big picture but also manage execution of multiple tactics by engaging key stakeholders within the organization and with agency representatives.
Team player who is readily willing to help other strategic marketers.
Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment.
Intellectually curious and passionate about consumer data and insights.
Proven self-starter with a desire to grow and expand marketing skills.

$137,000.00 - $215,270.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
