About the Role As the Senior Manager, GTM Enablement , you will be a key member of the GTM Center of Excellence (CoE), which sits within Eightfold’s Strategic Growth Office. This role is focused on equipping Sales, Customer Success, Solution Delivery, and Partner teams with the knowledge, tools, and best practices they need to drive growth and deliver value. Reporting into the GTM CoE, you will design and scale enablement programs that drive productivity, reduce ramp time, and empower teams to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes. Your work will directly support GTM alignment and operational excellence across Eightfold, ensuring consistent execution and sustained impact. Responsibilities: + Drive enablement for Eightfold’s highest priority GTM programs , ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence + Design scalable onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs for Sales, Customer Success, Solution Delivery, and Partner teams + Leverage AI and automation tools to personalize and scale learning experiences across global teams + Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver consistent messaging and go-to-market readiness + Measure enablement impact through defined KPIs + Manage centralized enablement tools, resources, and playbooks + Continuously refine enablement programs based on feedback, data, and business needs Qualifications: + 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue operations, or a related field within B2B SaaS + Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs for global, cross-functional teams + Strong understanding of enterprise sales and customer lifecycle motions + Experience leveraging technology and AI to scale enablement content and delivery + Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills + Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement impact and business outcomes + Familiarity with enablement and CRM tools such as MindTickle Nice to Haves: + Experience working in a high-growth, AI or HR tech environment + Background in consulting, strategy, or change management + Enablement certifications (e.g., Sales Enablement PRO, ATD) We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields. Starting May 1, 2025, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, will return to the office three times a week. Employees residing near our London, Bangalore, and Noida offices will return to the office twice a week with the goal of transitioning to three times per week within the year. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.
