Senior Manager, GRC Cyber Advisory

We are looking for bright, inquisitive minds who are experienced in and passionate about cybersecurity consulting and advisory services. Our Advisory team responds to our Client’s needs and provide leadership and strategic guidance when and where it is needed the most. We are expanding our Governance, Risk and Compliance team and looking for a Senior Manager to be part of the Cyber & Data Resilience Advisory practice. 


Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and support a variety of global cyber operations and advisory engagementsProvide clients with guidance pertaining to security and privacy regulatory and industry standard requirements, security assessments and GRC consultingServe as a technical resource that leverages your knowledge, skills, and experience to help deliver results to clients.Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to a variety of clients and internal stakeholdersDevelop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, trainings and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.Work with clients security and IT operations teams to guide implementation and      strategic program maturity roadmaps Effectively communicate findings and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and to both internal and external clients.Collaborate with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute plans.Understanding customer business drivers and strategies, architectures, cloud adoption roadmaps, operating models, KPI, to measure and monitor benefits realization.Support the development of proposals and statements of work for Kroll clientsSupport the development of new business opportunitiesContribute to the development and advancement of complex cybersecurity engagementsBuild presentations for diverse audiences, ranging from private industry to law enforcementFoster client relationships by providing support, information, and guidanceEscalate client issues appropriately that could threaten or enhance opportunity to the Kroll/client relationship

 

Essential Traits:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or similar advanced degree is preferred6+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurityCISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPM, CIPP certifications preferredSolid understanding of the evolving security and privacy controls environment, regulatory landscape and risk management techniques, principles and practicesAssess clients against a wide range of security and compliance frameworks including State based privacy and security regulations, SOX, GDPR, NIST-CSF, ISOHas a passion for security and enjoys solving problemsPrior consulting experienceIn-depth knowledge of the security threat landscape, control frameworks and compliance strategiesFluent in enterprise resource planning and business process analysisAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperience working with diverse teamsStrong team, project and client management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexible team player, with strong interpersonal skillsA critical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail and adaptability.Ability to handle difficult situations in a productive mannerOutstanding organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 25% as required to support response activities

The current salary range for this position is $150,000 to $210,000
