Senior Manager, Global Treasury

Summary:

The Senior Manager, Global Treasury will report to the Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. This person will manage global treasury cash management operations, including global daily cash position, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange and short-term investing of excess cash. This person will work with Accounting, Finance, Transaction Assurance, and Internal Audit for treasury operations company-wide.

This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX 5 days per week.

Overview:

Oversees enterprise-wide operational working capital settlement requirementsDevelops strategy for handling cash and liquidity needsReview investment opportunities and advise on opportunities in line with Investment PolicyEnsures timely and accurate cash payments, oversees day-to-day administration of ABL credit facility and foreign currency risk exposure hedgingReview FX exposure and implement programs to reduce volatility as neededWorks in partnership with finance to ensure alignment with free cash flow results and forecastsManages intercompany settlement process. Maintains appropriate cash balances in respective bank accounts globally while minimizing foreign currency exchange losses.Acts as main liaison on all cash management matters to Accounting, Finance, and other departments and business unitsLiaise with SEC Reporting on footnotes and disclosures for Treasury investment and foreign exchange sections of the Company’s SEC filings.Partner with IT to oversee company’s banking platform, ensure the setup meets SOX and applicable policy.Leads ERP and treasury workstation initiativesEnsures adequate liquidity is available to fund working capital needs enterprise-wideEstablishes cash management, payments, etc. policies governanceManages and maintains effective, transparent relationships with the company’s banking partners, including communicating expectations with financial institution service providers and coordinates relationship reviewsLeads and ensures compliance with regulatory mattersOptimizes bank account structures and services to minimize fees and ensure operational efficiencyWorks in partnership with IT, Loss Prevention team and Transaction Assurance team to ensure alignment with Credit Card payment processor requirements and objectives

Basic qualifications for consideration:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting10+ years’ treasury experience5+ years of people management experienceKnowledge of finance, economics, accounting and statistical modeling
 

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

CPA, CTP, AAP, CFA or other financial certification or licenseExperience in a similar role at a public companyRetail industry experienceKnowledge of back end bank processing systemsWorking knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
