This role involves engagement with global partners and team members, with a focus on supporting business objectives for large organizations. + Manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators (SIs), including relationship ownership, governance, and business planning. + Drive partner-related sales and delivery initiatives to accelerate growth and customer success. + Identify new business opportunities and align go-to-market strategies with Pegasystems’ objectives. + Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations. + Serve as a trusted advisor to SIs, offering insights on Pegasystems’ products and best practices. + Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance SI capabilities. + Track partnership performance using KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous improvement. + Identify risks, improvement areas, and secure executive support for strategic initiatives. **Who You Are:** You are a seasoned Alliance Professional, committed to working with Partners in providing them with leadership on how Pega and Partner can jointly help change the way businesses engage with their customers. You are Alliance and Partnership professionals with experience of managing alliances with large system integrators or original equipment manufacturers, having CXO-level relationship management and consensus-building skills.
