**The Job:**
The Senior Manager, Global Mobility will be a key member of the Global Compensation team, responsible for managing and executing policies, procedures, and strategies related to global mobility, immigration, and compliance. This role will ensure seamless employee transitions across borders while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations. The Senior Manager, Global Mobility will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Labor and Employee Relations, Finance and Tax, as well as the Legal Corporate function, to ensure alignment and mitigate risks. The role will support the oversight of visa sponsorship for roles, domestic and international relocations, visa planning, and international assignments (temporary, local and ex-pat).
This is a remote role reporting to the VP, Global Compensation as an individual contributor. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Labor and Employee Relations, Finance, Tax and other HR teams to ensure alignment and compliance. The Senior Manager, Global Mobility is responsible for supporting the company's international mobility and immigration programs. This will include strategic initiatives and day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll get to:
+ **Global Mobility Program Management:** Develop, implement, and manage global mobility policies and procedures to support assignments, relocations, and cross-border moves.
+ **Employee Support:** Act as a point of contact for employees undergoing company-sponsored domestic relocation and international assignments, providing guidance on relocation, tax implications, and cultural integration.
+ **Employee-Initiated Moves:** Act as point of contact for assessing risk associated with employee-initiated moves
+ **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with external vendors, such as relocation service providers, immigration consultants, and tax advisors.
+ **Immigration and Compliance:** Partner with outside legal and HRBPs to oversee immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations
+ **Talent Acquisition** : Partner with the talent acquisition team and HRBPs to support SBD visa process for open requisitions and/or support relocations
+ **Collaboration with Labor and Employee Relations:** Partner with Labor and Employee Relations to prepare intracompany transfer agreements, employment agreements, relocation support and payback agreements and address employee concerns, ensure compliance with employment laws, and resolve mobility-related issues.
+ **Data and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of global mobility activities and provide regular reporting on program metrics, costs, and compliance status.
+ **Policy Updates:** In partnership with LER, stay informed about changes in global mobility trends, immigration laws, and compliance requirements, and update policies accordingly.
+ **Tax Equalization** : Partners closely with Accounting and External Tax vendor on tax equalization, and tax compliance
+ Other projects and duties as required
**The Person:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
+ 10+ years of experience in global mobility within a global, matrixed organization.
+ Strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility best practices.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
+ Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
+ Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of Workday
**Preferences**
+ Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives
+ Experience with global mobility software and tools. AIRES experience a plus.
+ Research, critical thinking and evaluation skills with the ability to reason through data findings and develop recommendations
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Advanced knowledge of excel
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to communicate effectively at various levels
+ Project management skills
+ Highly organized with very strong attention to detail
