Senior Manager, Global engineering, Infrastructure

Make It With Pride.** You are an internally recognized expert in **Constructions, Utilities, Sanitation, IT/OT and Sustainability** engineering and identify, define and solve complex business problems by applying your broad technical and **project / task force management** knowledge and in-depth understanding of **manufacturing technology** related to Mondelēz International products. You serve as a senior technical resource for the organization, regularly interacting with senior management. **How you will contribute** You will provide expertise for implementation of Infrastructure related projects across MSC, manage and facilitate communities of practice with engineering and other functions across the world, drive Infrastructure technology improvements to be implemented under Brownfield/Greenfield projects as well as existing manufacturing sites contributing to Vision 2030 goals. In cooperation with regional partners, you will coordinate and maintain Global infrastructure roadmaps. Development, maintenance, and governance of standards is an essential part of the role’s contribution and is tightly connected with Mondelez Safety and Quality standards. You will further build and maintain a network of Infra partners worldwide, proactively seeking and addressing major roadblocks or issues. In cooperation with Global and regional IIM pillar leads, you will further enhance and maintain IIM process for Infrastructure projects. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: · Understanding of end-to-end Utilities/Infrastructure/sustainability · Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple, complex projects as a leader or part of a project team in multiple time zones. · Multicultural environment with colleagues across the world. · Thinking and working globally. · Strong Communication (fluency in English speaking & writing) & Collaboration skills (work effectively in a multi-cultural environment across hierarchies). Influencing the technical direction of the business to deliver benefit. · **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. + **Job specific requirements:** Strong experience in construction and utilities projects. Knowledge and understanding of industrial safety, personal safety and sanitation standards. Leadership influencing experiences and managing different stakeholders effectively. Minimum 10 years experience in e2e Supply Chain experiences spanning Manufacturing; RDQ, Project and/or Program Engineering; Line Optimization. Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Build and govern expert communities in relevant technical areas to drive the development and continuous improvement of mandatory technical standards, playbooks, guidelines. Own knowledge management for those. Analytical and problem solving skills. Prepare proposals for innovative initiatives in support of MSC strategy, outline development and implementation approach (local / global), expected benefits and timelines. Direct leadership of selected specific projects with responsibility for deliverables, risks, timelines, budget and etc. Drive cross-regional collaboration in execution of innovative initiatives, promote adoption of best practices and synergetic development approaches, pro-actively share experience and consult upon specific requests.
