This position is based at one of our main vision locations: Irvine, CA or Jacksonville, FL. **Position Summary** Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Business Model Innovation, the Senior Manager of Global Business Model Innovation is responsible for the analyzing and implementing of strategic growth initiatives to increase the profitability for the Surgical Vision (SV) business. This leader will partner with E2E platform and regional commercial teams to prioritize initiatives and executional roadmaps to deliver profitable results across the various layers of the surgical vision organization. This role will play a significant influencing role across the global organization and will work closely with Global Vision Leadership Team. **Key Responsibilities** Develop & Implement E2E Path to Profitability Initiatives to increase SV profit: + Identify key strategic and execution-based opportunities across the three key pillars of Path to Profitability: Premiumization, Revenue Growth Management and Business Transformation. + Capture and represent E2E opportunities and needs across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, GSM and Finance. + Lead business POCs in rolling out and executing E2E solutions to improve profitability. + Develop business cases rationalizing business need to invest with strong quantitative and qualitative benefits. + Develop and maintain relationships with strategic business partners. + Implement new innovative approaches and business solutions to operationalize surgical vision profitability. + Create and implement process across functions to improve execution and operational efficiency. + Lead projects to eliminate bottlenecks, and de-risk current process and coordinate all relevant E2E related functions. + Identify insights and work with stakeholders to achieve business improvement. + Drive improvement in data-driven decision making. + Outline process for ad-hoc data extraction from source systems if not in data warehouse. + Serve as a global expert on maximizing business value through partnership and execution. + Leverage Analytics and collaborate with other E2E functions to optimize processes in Planning such as: demand forecasting, NPD launch curves, SLOB reduction. **Qualifications** + Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; Advanced degree such as a Master’s degree is preferred. + Minimum of 8 years related experience is required. + Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams is required. + Expertise and leadership of key financial metrics is required. + Advanced knowledge of end-to-end product supply and distribution is required, strong understanding of core systems is preferred, i.e., ERP, MES, APS. + Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating, and determining appropriate risks is required. + Project management experience is required. + Lean manufacturing and six-sigma methodology experience is preferred. + Product cost management and budget management is preferred. + Up to 20% of travel both domestically and internationally may be required. + Ability to flex hours to accommodate multiple time zones when necessary. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
