Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Drive to achieve a strong and continuous growth in Unit Trusts business in Hong Kong retail space and fulfilling customers' wealth needs with dedicated product strategyManage to formulate business strategies for developing the business, commercials as well as technology/operations-relatedManage to develop digital capabilities with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of Group initiatives for Unit Trusts businessOversight of Unit Trusts portfolio quality and in compliance to regulatory requirements and internal guidelinesOversights of service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risksDrive to implement effective/efficient marketing initiatives that drive business and new customer acquisitions
