Senior Manager, FP&A
**Senior Manager, FP&A** _Work Mode: Hybrid_ **Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI** **Opportunity** Kohler Co. seeks a Senior Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and business strategy support. This key leadership role partners with executives and department heads, providing analytics and recommendations for decision-making to achieve financial goals. Requires strong financial expertise, analytical abilities, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Reports to the CFO – KBA. **Responsibilities:** **•** Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for KBA. •Build and enhance financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning. •Analyze historical data and market trends to inform planning assumptions. •Identify risks and opportunities in forecasts and provide recommendations to leadership. •Prepare and present regular financial reports with key performance indicators and variance analysis. •Track actuals versus plan and prior years, explain deviations, and recommend corrections. •Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and management information. •Improve dashboards and analytics for better business insights. •Support decisions through data-driven insights and industry knowledge. •Maintain strong controls over planning and analysis activities. •Help integrate new technologies and tools. •Supervise and mentor FP&A staff, promoting high performance and learning. •Set objectives, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations. **Travel:** This role requires minimal travel. **Skills/Requirements** •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. •8–10 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance. •Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills. •Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, Excel; Power BI or Tableau a plus. •Proven leadership of complex projects and cross-functional teams. •Excellent communicator, able to explain finance to non-experts. •Solid business acumen with industry and competitor understanding. •Demonstrated success in process improvement and organizational change. •High integrity, professionalism, and pursuit of excellence. \#LI-Hybrid \#LI-RD1 **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _We believe in supporting you from the moment you join us, which is why Kohler offers day 1 benefits. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
