Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting will oversee the preparation and analysis of external and internal financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives. This role will utilize the consolidation and reporting processes using SAP BPC and will work cross-functionally to support audit, compliance, and strategic operating and reporting initiatives across the organization (including internal audit, FP&A, tax, treasury, and investor relations).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.Utilize SAP BPC to manage consolidation, financial reporting, and variance analysis processes accurately and efficiently.Oversee the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory reporting as required.Manage the external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and addressing auditor inquiries.Develop and maintain internal financial reporting packages for senior leadership and Board of Directors.Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations and analysis of financial data across all business units.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the financial reporting process, system automation, and internal controls.Stay current with new accounting pronouncements and lead implementation efforts as applicable.Support special projects including system upgrades, M&A activities, and process improvements.Mentor and develop financial reporting team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and growth.Required Skills / Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field requiredExperience: 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and accounting within large organizations or public accounting.Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and technical accounting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present complex financial data clearly.Demonstrated leadership ability, including managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.Preferred Skills / Experience:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools a plus.Advanced experience with SAP BPC for financial consolidation and reporting.Workiva experience is a plusCPA strongly preferredBenefits Starting on Day 1:
