Our Kforce client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Financial Reporting to join their company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in US GAAP. This position is scheduled as a hybrid working environment 3 days on-site 2 days working from home. Duties: * Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP across multiple entities * Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes * Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Act as the subject matter expert on complex accounting areas including leases, revenue recognition, derivatives, and asset acquisitions * Monitor and assess the impact of emerging US GAAP changes, lead implementation of new standards * Provide technical guidance across departments to ensure compliance and understanding of accounting requirements * Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors * Coordinate audit schedules, documentation, and responses to inquiries * Ensure consistent application of US GAAP standards
