Senior Manager, Financial Modeling Specialist

**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Financial Modeling Specialist will oversee the development of Pfizer perspective and Customer perspective financial modeling for the Oncology and Internal Medicine business units. Financial modeling will include pharmacy and medical benefit. Colleague will deliver strategic guidance and insights to leadership within MASPA (Market Access Strategy, Pricing, & Analytics) to support optimal market access strategies with US payers.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsible for creating financial modeling, presentations, and market analysis to support contract decisions and Internal governance process:
+ Run internal net cost models from both Pfizer and Payer perspective to determine trade-off between contract offers; utilize outputs to inform contract offers and payer specific contracting strategies
+ Utilize propriety and public pharmaceutical data sources to develop and inform financial modeling decisions
+ Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop financial analysis supporting optimal financial investment in payer access.
+ Utilize advanced modeling techniques to develop and execute market access strategies to support MASPA stakeholders.
+ Partner with the business units to update and monitor all internal model changes
+ Maintain, update, and support Pre & Post deal analytics, Formulary tracking, and Op Planning
+ Utilize and support transition to Digital pre/post deal modeling tools
+ Provide modeling and analytical support for Internal 340B requests
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor of Arts degree
+ Relevant work experience: 6+ yrs. if BA, 5+ yrs. if MS, MBA, 1+ year if PHD or JD.
+ Pharma or healthcare consulting experience
+ Demonstrated ability to apply analytic tools to deliver insights to senior leadership
+ Deep understanding of managed markets, third-party data, and Payer and Pharma contracting.
+ Experience building and operating financial models in MS excel and web based platforms
+ Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance process
+ Ability to independently prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Skilled in Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ MBA or Master's level education
+ 3+ years of pharma or healthcare consulting experience
+ Previous experience in managed markets analytics or a job function supporting the promotion of pharmaceuticals

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120 800,00 to $201 400,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17,5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
