Based in Massy and operating across several locations in France, Antech Diagnostics France offers a full range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, helping ensure high-quality care for companion animals. In partnership with global leaders, we bring veterinarians the most advanced technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to support our development, particularly in the creation of a new Shared Services Centre. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape the financial and operational processes of our fast-growing organization.

Role responsibilities:
Preparing statutory financial statements and group reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) under French GAAP and US GAAP.
Supervising the accounting team and fostering best practices and cross functional versatility.
Managing balance sheet accounts, accounts receivable/payable, and fixed asset/lease accounting.
Executing closing entries and maintaining internal control documentation.
Integrating newly acquired entities into finance processes.
Collaborating with national and international management control teams.
Leading ad hoc projects such as system migrations and process implementations.
Requirements:
Degree in International Accounting or equivalent (e.g., business school, DSCG, IAE) at a Bac+5 level.
Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a structured multi-site group, with prior experience in an audit firm being a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax law.
Experience in preparing financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP.
Proficiency with ERP systems and integrated reporting tools.
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
Structured, autonomous, and proactive working method.
Very strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
