Then, we have a Senior Manager role in Sam’s Club Operations Finance that is just for you. The successful candidate will excel in both analytics and decision support, managing a variety of critical analyses and projects daily. Additionally, this candidate will enhance and govern our operational tools and reports reviewed by leadership.
About the Team
Our team plays a crucial role in analyzing the portfolio and providing decision support. We work on various ad-hoc analyses and projects that are vital to the business, ensuring strong financial and business performance. We also focus on improving our operational tools and reports to provide key insights and drive the business forward.What you'll do...Manage the full P&L of a Sam's Club Region by driving financial and business performance in partnership with a Regional General Manager (RGM) VP and cross-functional teams (Fulfillment, Fresh Operations, Asset Protection, HR, etc.).Present weekly at staff meetings and P&L reviews, identifying areas of opportunity and building actionable insights to solve operational business problems.Drive key portfolio ad-hoc business insights and projects by identifying business themes across the chain in partnership with all 6 Regional Vice Presidents.Own the Gross Profit AOP and Sales Category Mix by club, partnering with Merch Finance and Operations Finance to build a Gross Profit plan with category mix.Build key business insights around Gross Profit in partnership with Merchandising.Work collaboratively with business partners and peer finance teams to drive strategy execution for high-priority, high-profile initiatives, and own the development and reporting of key financial KPIs.Enhance and govern operational tools and reports reviewed by leadership regularly.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
