To support the Director, Financial Crimes (FC) Reporting in the development and execution of Quarterly Reporting and FC Program initiatives; lead the transformation of FC reporting to align Enterprise, Regional and Segment reporting and support the enhancement of operational reporting.Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Accountability for supporting the Director, Financial Crimes (FC) Reporting mandate to deliver FC Reporting as part of maintaining an effective governance framework for Financial Crime Risk.
What will you do?
Leadership in supporting the delivery of the quarterly enterprise CAMLO report to the Board, as well as monthly management reporting for the FC Program.
Management of the of the Financial Crime Operating Committee meetings.
Maturing dashboards for key areas of the Financial Crime program as determined by the CAMLO.
Gather and consolidate data from stakeholders to compile and analyze data for KRIs/KPIs to glean insights to support the overall Program ratings. Work with the Advisory VPs to develop the overall segment ratings, supporting commentary and finalize with OC.
Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. Internal Audit) to validate reporting, as needed
What You Will Need To Succeed
Knowledge and understanding of Financial Crime within a complex global organization.
Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to the global financial crime reporting program design and implementation.
Highly numeric with the ability to turn financial crime data into insights.
Personal resilience, unassailable character, and an unrelenting drive to streamline and simplify.
A ‘completer-finisher’. Self-starting and results focused. Proactive and energetic with a ‘can-do’ approach.
