We are looking for a Sr. Manager of FC User Acquisition/Performance Media to join the Live Service Marketing Organization. You will report into the Sr. Director Franchise Performance Media, and be directly responsible for growing FC on console and PC. 

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of data-driven marketers specializing in user acquisition for FC on PC and console

Seek out performance media solutions to critical business problems to help us grow and achieve our goals

Partner with the Brand, product marketing, channel marketing, creative and studio teams on go-to-market strategies 

Collaborate with Analytics and Finance partners to refine ROAS models to optimize performance metrics.

Lead ROAS target setting with the FC studios and commercial teams to hit games’ top and bottom line returns. 

Develop multi-year paid user acquisition strategy that considers privacy landscape, use of AI and deep lifecycle management connection.

Change agent for advertising partner roadmaps to better meet business demands

Improve strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles 

Craft clear data-driven narrative to senior management 

Requirements

8+ years’ experience in performance marketing, managing demand generation & the player acquisition funnel across PC, console and mobile games 

3+ years of experience in leadership/team manager role

Experience managing AAA game media budgets 

Ownership, accountability & ability to solution complex problems.

In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, Measurements, and creative best practices.

BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field

Passion/knowledge for video games

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $126,000 - $176,300 CAD * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $138,200 - $219,000 USD * Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) * $136,600 - $202,300 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
