Lead a team of facilities professionals in support of ~700 stores across the region. Build strong collaborative relationships with the regional operations leaders and cross functional teams. Establish and deliver on team goals, repair and maintenance expense plan, annual capital re-investment plan, and work order service levels.

 

As a senior facilities manager, you will…

·       Lead a team of facilities professionals and supplies to ensure brand, safety, and production standards are maintained across retail sites. ·       Build strong collaborative relationships with the regional operations leadership and cross functional teams to support and grow the business. ·       Build and deliver team goals, repair and maintenance expense plan, annual capital re-investment plan, and work order service levels.

We’d love to hear from people with:

·       5+ years of experience in comprehensive facilities support or related mechanical trade, with experience managing service and maintenance vendors across a large retail portfolio

·       5+ years of expense budget accountability

·       5+ years of retail or restaurant chain operations experience

·       3+ years managing a computerized maintenance database

·       5+ years of experience in project management and preventative maintenance programs

·       5+ years of experience with budget planning, development, and management

·       5+ years of experience leading high performing teams and building cross functional partnerships preferred

·       Ideal candidate will be located within the Southern California area

·       Ability to travel up to 40% within region

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
