**Overview** Lead the Billing Department, ensuring all billing processes are efficient and accurate; partnering with the Billing Account Support Services (BASS) leads to ensure Operations and Customer needs are met with the highest standard, always supported by ABM's Service Culture. **Responsibilities:** + Ensure that billing activities are executed under SOX controls + Mentor and supervise Billing Managers + Collaborates with the BASS Team, Collections, and when required, Operations and FP&A + Provide exceptional customer service, aligned with the OWN it behaviors + Develop, implement, measure, and communicate the relevant KPI's for the Billing process + Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is always present across all levels of the Billing Team + Participate actively in any project transformation related to Billing **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required. + 7-10 years of leadership experience in Billing or Accounting + 5 years minimum SOX experience + 7-10 years minimum experience with JDE or OFC + Six Sigma preferred + Experience with MS Office Suite **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
