Nordstrom is looking for a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Program Management, a role that will have broad influence across the enterprise. Nordstrom is committed to evolving our business models to be prepared for future success and to enable the best customer experience in fashion retail. You will have enormous impact to the business, driving change over the short, medium and long term.

You’ll do this by shaping and influencing implementations, driving executional clarity (why, when, how, who), helping to create alignment, influencing prioritization with consideration of value unlock, timing, sequencing, and impact. This role will also serve as a critical coordination point across multiple stakeholder groups, including business, product, and technology.
Your work will directly support Nordstrom’s ability to exceed customer expectations, unlock new inventory value streams, and translate strategic vision into executable plans. Overall, you will focus on optimizing systems and processes, to decrease human decisioning, reduce touches, increase controls, and prevent loss.
This position requires an experienced professional able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be challenged to build best practices for enterprise programs, including standardized processes, measurement, governance, and delivery cadence that is informed by and drives the rhythm of the business.
