Purpose and Scope:
As a Senior Manager in Process Transformation, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve and standardize end-to-end business processes across the organization. You will work closely with global teams, global process owners, and technology partners to drive operational excellence, support digital transformation, and ensure consistent process performance across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end process improvements across key business areas (e.g., S2P, O2C, ATR).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state processes, service delivery models, and performance metrics.
Manage process documentation and ensure consistent application of standards and policies.
Support SAP S/4HANA and other ERP implementations by translating business needs into process requirements.
Oversee project execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with global teams to drive alignment and adoption.
Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members and process analysts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8–12 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or shared services.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization; GBS or consulting background is a plus.
Proficiency in process mapping tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong project management and change management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
