Salary range for this position: $180,000-215,000 / Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

In this pivotal role, you will support Macquarie Asset Management’s Global Head and America’s Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. Your work will ensure alignment with regional and business strategies, regulatory mandates, and specific focus areas. You will play a crucial role in embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles across our organization through comprehensive learning programs, effective governance of employee network groups, and embedding into our talent initiatives.Salary range for this position: $180,000-215,000 / Year.
