Job Description Summary:

The NFD (National Food Distribution) team is seeking a results-driven professional to leverage data and analytics to provide actionable business insight and lead process improvement initiatives. This role will be key to profitable revenue growth, while removing friction from our order to cash processes. This role will also drive compliance to our Distributor Policies, by providing analytics to drive desired business outcomes.  The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining, data visualization tools, machine learning frameworks, and Office 365.This position requires strong collaboration and leadership skills, as it involves working closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and developing data-driven insights that support business operations. A key focus will be on Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and optimizing reporting solutions to ensure stakeholders have the tools and insight they need.Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison for supply chain data teams, ensuring data integrity and alignment across the organization. The candidate will also play a critical role in driving innovation, mentoring team members, and overseeing key operational processes, including year-end management.
 Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:Review incoming distribution product support request and collaborate with account teams, innovation, supply chain, Distribution National Sales Executives and Product Order Management to identify the most efficient distribution route to marketTrack and Monitor incoming product request across the region to aide towards building capability of the distributors in the region for new product innovations and low volume SKUs initiatives that are critical in executing to Coca-Cola Foodservice & On-Premise (FSOP) customer outlets, ultimately removing distribution barriers and providing support to bring the FSOP innovation portfolio to lifeProvide strategic guidance for Alternate Routes to Market (ARTM) connectivity and Supply Chain processes for custom Brewed Tea, Frozen KO Product (custom and common), New Bottler introductions and Postmix introductionsPartner with FSOP Innovation Teams and FSOP Account Teams to support testing opportunities and future rollout programsProvide support to Customer Service and Sales teams with information that will support the creation of business and product strategiesProactively obtain and perform analysis to relevant supply chain data to define business opportunities that will improve supply chain processes and distribution routes to market in collaboration with innovation teams, account teams, supply chain and distribution management teamCoordinate timing of activities from customer team commitment to activation while considering time necessary for distributor to build infrastructureLead project planning and execution of all activities necessary to complete low volume SKU or plus one implementation from end -to end inclusive of distribution / transportation aspectsResolve escalated product support request and oversee resolution to ensure the most efficient distribution route to market is identified for the customerEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentRelated Work Experience:3 or more years of relevant work experience3 or more years of Supply Chain and Customer experienceOther Knowledge:Distributor & Bottler OperationsFreestyle ProductsARTM ProductsJuice Products

Pay Range:

$114,000 - $139,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
