Integra Life Sciences is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Process Optimization with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide metrics improvements by leaning out processes through the effective deployment of emerging digital technologies that create step-function improvements in high impact process domains. This role would collaborate across functions, identifying processes with significant productivity improvement potential and that directly empower our employee's efficiency and ability to drive better outcomes for our patients and company performance.
This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, partnering with business leaders and lean experts to deploy process improvements across the organization, and ensuring sustainable processes meet short and long-term business objectives. This role exists to help the Enterprise Transformation Management Office realize end-to-end process improvements. This role evaluates process, and accountability gaps and designs new ways of working to meet desired business performance and outcomes underpinned by digital tools that can quantify improvements.
The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical expertise in Lean Six Sigma with strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills. The candidate exhibits strong business acumen, communication skills, understanding of corporate finance, and how to write business cases for IT projects and quantify return on investment (ROI).
Travel may be required up to 20%.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Primary responsibilities are to:
**Strategic Program Execution & Oversight**
+ Lead enterprise-level Lean Six Sigma deployments within the IT portfolio.
+ Ensure projects deliver measurable financial and operational benefits.
+ Standardize best practices and tools for continuous improvement.
**Process Management & Governance**
+ Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and outcomes.
+ Build process governance frameworks that drive ongoing accountability.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
**Leadership Alignment & Communication**
+ Partner with executives to define our process excellence strategy.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor on digital-enabled performance optimization.
+ Deliver training and mentorship on process excellence topics.
**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.
+ Education: _Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business field, master's degree desirable_
+ Preferred Certifications: _Process Excellence / Six Sigma / Lean / Organizational Change Management / PMP / ITIL / Business Analyst Training / Green or Black Belt_
+ Experience:
+ 5+ years of industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech in an information technology, business management, supply chain, or commercial operations role.
+ 5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives.
+ 5+ years of experience working in, or supporting digital strategy and transformation
+ Extensive experience continuously improving business processes (e.g., Lean, process excellence, value stream mapping).
+ Preferred: Management Consulting experience; executive presentation skills, MedTech regulatory environment.
**Additional details:**
This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
