The Sr. Manager Digital Adoption will work closely with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to promote and increase adoption of FleetPride’s digital tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies, experience in branch based industrial B2B distribution, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving change.
This position is focused on the FleetPride Parts Business with a heavy emphasis on Strategic Accounts.
Responsibilities
The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work directly with Sales and Customers to promote and grow adoption of all customer facing digital solutions.Lead Enterprise & field cultural change for digital to become part of the fabric of how Fleetpride sells and serves, everyday.Perform demo’s and training on FleetPride’s digital solutions to customers, sales, and branch employees. Develop and implement training and change management programs to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes.Work with Sales to assist with customer presentations and pitches, RFP’s, new customer onboarding, QBR’s, etc. Established a cadence and framework with sales leadership to prioritize the target customer pipeline for digital solutions.Identify opportunities to propose and implement digital integrations with customers including Punchout, direct XML/EDI, API’s, Marketplaces, PDF Scanning, etc.Perform analysis and track metrics on adoption and usage of internal tools. Identify customers to target. Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital adoption programs and initiatives.Work with internal users to promote and grow adoption and usage of CRM and other internal digital tools. Work with stakeholders and business leaders to promote the adoption of digital solutions and encourage buy-in from team members.Identify opportunities for other digital solutions, including needs for potentially new features or solutions, and communicate those to the Digital Experience team and CDO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital tools and processes that can improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.Established branded ‘services’ surrounding digital that differentiate Fleetpride from key competitors.Investigate and solution Level 2 digital issues as needed, coordinating with the Digital Customer Success team and IT. Identify bugs and feature changes/additions that may be needed.Provide support to team members during the adoption process, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance.Other duties as assignedSkills
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including eCommerce websites, mobile applications, CRM, inventory management solutions, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience and certifications with Salesforce applications preferred.Experience with branch based industrial distribution a plus. Heavy duty trucking industry ideal.Strong project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with digital adoption tools and technologies, such as change management software, digital adoption platforms, and analytics tools.Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies.Attributes
