Senior Manager, Delivery Management

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Delivery Management to join our team!

In this role, you will focus on driving and accelerating the delivery of business outcomes for the IP segment related to product delivery and operations, focused on the Connected Ecosystem portfolio and related programs. The successful candidate will manage a group of delivery managers and be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on the portfolio, programs and constituting projects across the Connected Ecosystem and IP segment. This includes establishing and facilitating program operating rhythms, annual portfolio planning, program planning, and budgeting. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting best practices and related governance. You will also communicate program health and needed escalations to external groups, senior management, and executives.

About you- Experience, Education, Skills and Accomplishments

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or a related field/equivalent relevant work experience

10+ Years of Relevant Experience

5+ Years managing technology projects or software development

Project Management related certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)

It would be great if you also have:

Experience working within software development

What will you be doing in this role?

Overseeing project plans and execution of the whole business line within scope, in collaboration with all stakeholders from different areas and manages projects directly where needed.  

Manages Director / Senior Director level stakeholders, building strong relationships with them, handling conflicts to a resolution, facilitating transparent and timely communication. 

Owns the continuous improvement of internal delivery processes and framework. 

Manage one or more teams of Colleagues.

Lead, direct, and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and organization.

Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility.

Influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.

Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success and promote colleague growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.

Own decision-making for staffing decisions for the team(s).

Clarivate’s Connected Ecosystem brings together a suite of integrated solutions designed to enhance collaboration, workflow efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within Intellectual Property. These products support businesses in streamlining operations, managing IP, and optimizing forecasting and docketing processes. By connecting multiple tools and platforms, the ecosystem enables seamless data integration, automation, and improved stakeholder coordination across various business units. As part of this role, you will oversee key products within this ecosystem, ensuring they deliver maximum value and efficiency to users.

About the Team

This role will oversee a delivery management team consisting of five direct reports. The team collaborates across EMEA and the U.S. Stakeholders include technology and product teams, spanning developers, QA, data science, and UX, as well as external teams such as customer-facing teams, implementation teams, and finance. The focus is on driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring effective stakeholder management across delivery, product, and development teams.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time permanent position based in a Clarivate location in Belgrade, Serbia and will require hybrid working (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote).

This position requires weekday attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
