What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Data Governance, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Chief Data Office. As Senior Manager, Data Risk, you will work with business partners and stakeholders from various Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Functional Groups (FGs), to provide expertise on data risk for projects and other internal risk processes. As a Sr. Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership of the team, support their development, and manage escalations and priorities.

How You'll Succeed

Risk Assessment- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.

Data Analysis- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate risk exposure and develop risk profiles.

Reporting- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings and recommendations for senior management.

Mitigation Strategies- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

Monitoring- Continuously monitor and review risk management processes and policies to ensure effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement- Work closely with stakeholders to communicate risk-related issues and promote a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Regulatory Compliance- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance risk management frameworks.
