What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Data Enablement & UX Design is a strategic leader responsible for driving the development and delivery of data visualization and reporting solutions that prioritize user-centric design, branding consistency, and actionable insights. This role will oversee the creation of performance dashboards and data delivery frameworks to empower stakeholders with data-driven decision-making capabilities. By fostering innovation, collaboration, and talent development, the Senior Manager will shape the strategic direction of data enablement while ensuring data quality, governance, and a seamless user experience. This position requires a visionary leader with expertise in data visualization, UI/UX design, and analytics, who can align data strategies with organizational goals and inspire a high-performing team.
What will you do?
Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for data visualization and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance data enablement capabilities.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data visualization and analytics professionals.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and empowerment to ensure high-quality outputs.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of performance dashboards that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidelines.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in data enablement and delivery.
Explore and implement new data sources, tools, and techniques to enhance insights and analysis capabilities.
Foster an environment of experimentation and learning, encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Proven experience in data visualization, analytics, and UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of impactful dashboards and reporting solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Expertise in data governance, quality assurance, and advanced analytics techniques.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
Expert Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results.
Nice to have:
Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics
Familiarity with branding and design principles in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data enablement and delivery.
Experience with Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hadoop/HDFS
